Our mission is to empower individuals, especially from marginalised and underprivileged communities, through quality education, digital skilling, and vocational training that foster self-reliance, employment, and holistic development. We are committed to bridging the digital divide by establishing and maintaining schools, training centres, and social service institutions that provide accessible and affordable learning opportunities in science, technology, and allied fields.
We strive to equip youth, women, and children with essential skills, digital literacy, and career guidance to enhance their employability and ensure sustainable livelihoods. By promoting inclusive education, scholarships, and community-based awareness programs, we aim to remove barriers—especially for girls and underserved groups—so that every learner has the chance to grow, succeed, and contribute positively to society. We envision an India where every person, whether in the bustling cities or the quiet villages, has equal access to the power of digital knowledge and skills. Today, there are two Indias: one, where technology is advancing at lightning speed in metro cities, creating new opportunities every day; and another, where rural communities remain on the margins, often excluded from this digital revolution. Our vision is to bridge this divide by bringing the benefits of digital literacy, vocational training, and technological empowerment to those who need it most.
Through collaboration with schools, communities, governments, and like-minded organisations, we seek to build a digitally empowered society where every individual—urban or rural, privileged or marginalised—has the confidence to learn, the skills to earn, and the courage to lead.
Our Work So Far……..
Since its establishment, Digital Skilling Trust has been committed to creating opportunities that empower individuals and strengthen communities through education, skill development, and social welfare. Our work focuses on bridging the gap between learning and livelihoods by making quality education and practical skills accessible to people from all sections of society, particularly those from marginalized, rural, tribal, and economically weaker backgrounds.
We have supported learners through computer education, digital literacy programs, vocational training, career guidance, and employability initiatives that prepare young people for today’s evolving job market. By promoting science, technology, and innovation, we aim to equip students and professionals with the knowledge and practical skills needed to succeed in higher education, employment, and entrepreneurship.
Our efforts extend beyond classrooms. We have organized awareness campaigns, workshops, seminars, and community engagement activities to promote the importance of education, lifelong learning, digital inclusion, health, hygiene, environmental sustainability, and responsible citizenship. These initiatives encourage communities to become active participants in their own development.
Digital Skilling Trust believes that education must be inclusive and accessible. We continuously strive to support children, youth, women, and disadvantaged communities by facilitating learning opportunities, career counseling, skill development programs, educational resources, and other forms of academic support that help learners continue their educational journey with confidence.
Recognizing that education and employment go hand in hand, we have worked towards enhancing employability by conducting job-readiness training, placement support, career counseling sessions, industry interactions, internships, and professional development workshops. These initiatives help individuals develop technical, communication, leadership, and workplace skills that improve their employment prospects.
Collaboration has always been at the heart of our approach. We actively engage with educational institutions, government bodies, non-governmental organizations, corporate CSR partners, industry professionals, and community organizations to implement impactful programs that benefit society. Through these partnerships, we continue to expand the reach and quality of our initiatives.
We are equally committed to the well-being of communities by supporting health awareness activities, hygiene promotion, access to safe sanitation practices, environmental conservation campaigns, tree plantation drives, and climate awareness initiatives. Our programs also promote gender equality, women’s empowerment, child development, and equal access to education and opportunities for all.

Mr. Abhishek Pathak
Founder & Director, Digital Skilling Trust
Abhishek Pathak is a dedicated social development professional committed to empowering communities through technology, resources, and knowledge. With over five years of experience in the social development sector, and worked extensively on strengthening grassroots capacities, improving access to essential services, and bridging the gap between communities and the support systems they need to thrive.
His vision is rooted in creating sustainable, people-centered solutions that uplift the most vulnerable. Under his leadership, the NGO places a strong emphasis on women’s and children’s health, safety, and education- believing that true community progress begins with empowering women, protecting children, and ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to learn, grow, and live with dignity.
